Responsibilities-
Role is Develop, implement & monitor marketing plans for Hair Colour category, to achieve sales, market share & profit objectives for all the existing and new brands in the portfolio.
Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the brands
Formulating and deciding brand strategy, including brand map, positioning & communication
Preparation, implementation and review of medium/long term marketing strategies (ATL/BTL)
To gather Consumer Insights, track Brand Health, Category attractiveness etc through effective market research
Designing and implementing trade specific schemes, product display drives with merchandising and consumer promotions
Complete P&L Responsibility of Brands
Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same
Analyzing brand health measures on a regular basis
Developing consumer/ segment specific initiatives to drive equity
Ensure coherent and consistent brand communication and regular reviewing of the same
Category / Portfolio management
Product portfolio enrichment through new product development & launches with appropriate marketing mix and retail activation
Pricing Strategy
Analysis of economic and consumer trends and conducting competitor analyses to make entry strategy for new propositions
Efficient utilization of brand support budgets
Deciding the annual brand budgets based on annual brand plan and optimizing budget usage
Efficient media management within budgetary guidelines

Candidate Profile-
4-6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with atleast 3 years’ experience in core FMCG Marketing.
 Qualification :- MBA - Marketing is must. Salary is all inclusive.

Responsibilities-
The position would be responsible for efficient management of company retail business (EBO + Franchisee) resulting in profitability. This position also needs to cover the gaps in retail and expand to newer marketing
Achievement of Sales plan.
To manage the existing retail operation within the cost parameters, specified by the management.
To maintain the store ambiance as per standards specified by the company
To ensure VM guideline, product mix are followed as per guideline of retail office
To plan promotion activities to increase footfalls
To expand the retail operation to cover the gaps in retail.
Inventory and account receivables management.
Recruitment, training, development and motivation of retail staff.
Liaise with local authorities for all compliance matters related to operating retail stores.
To bring in new ideas to grow business.

Candidate Profile-
Should have an experience of at least 2-3 years of managing retail operations of a premium consumer brand.
Should have prior experience of shortlisting and negotiating new properties for retail expansion.
 Incentive (can be earned up to 100% of CTC)
Minimum Qualification:  Graduation (Any stream) Post Graduate in Management.
