Age Group- 30 to 38 years.

Total Experience- 8 to15 years.

Qualification- M. COM/ B.COM; CA / ICWA

Functional Area- Finance & Accounts

Product- Accessories

Management-   L04 Middle Management.

Responsibilities-

. Ensure maintenance of documents as per statute and for the statutory period.

Maintain Unit Trail Balance. Co-ordinate with Auditors for sign off of various reports viz. Financial Audit, VAT Audit, Cost Audit, Excise Audit  etc. Routine  Accounting, Ledger Scrutiny, Preparation of expenses & B/S schedules, Suppliers/Bank/Other ledger Reconciliation,

Monitoring of Creditors , Liase with Creditors on  reconciliations  issue resolutions . Monitor  Purchases booking/Payment  on timely basis.  Generation of analytical data for costing. Submit Reports in designated formats to BG HQ, Regional Offices and Plant Head. Basic knowledge of Excise /Procedure & documentation Submit Statutory Returns to Sales Tax, Excise Dept. in time. Updation of Fixed Asset Register etc.

Basic knowledge of export Invoicing, Stock Reconciliations.

Candidate Profile-

M. COM/ B.COM; CA / ICWA with Hands on experience in SAP & ERP, MS Office applications

8 – 10  years’ experience in hard Core Mfg. unit having turnover of 500 Crores and above Should have good  knowledge of compliance under various Statutes. In-depth Knowledge on TDS provisions & working knowledge on Sales tax provision/Returns

Independent handling of unit accounts.

As a DGM – Safety, to ensure safety of plant and machinery as well as of the employees including contract workers.

Ensure zero accident and dangerous occurrences

100% compliance of all statutory requirements related to Safety & Environment

To conduct meeting of Safety committees as per schedule, prepare action plan and to ensure to complete the activities as per the action plan

Conducting safety Audits as per schedule

Identifying unsafe working conditions in the factory premises

Imparting necessary Training on Safety and Fire Management

Preparation of On Site Emergency Plan, MIS  

Effective implementation of Work Permit system

Candidate Profile-

BE (Mech) / DME with Diploma in Industrial Safety with 15-17 years in an Engineering industry will fit the role.

You would be well conversant with statutory requirements under The Factories Act, The Petroleum Act, The Explosives Act, etc.

Analytical skill to analyze cause of accidents as well as near misses , Knowledge of Work Place hazards, Firefighting Techniques, Good communication skill for imparting Training on Safety and Fire, Conversant with Safety standards/ norms such as Frequency rate, Severity rate, Safety Performance Index, etc. , Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures.
